Tasting Note

This wine is made from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from our vineyard at Lake George. The wine was matured in French oak barriques for 11 months prior to bottling. It shows cherry, red current, allspice, vanilla and gamey aromas. The red fruit on the palate is supported by savoury overtones and fine, well integrated tannins. This wine will continue to develop over the next 3-5 years.
