Terms and Conditions
Payment terms
Payable by the 14th day of the month following the month of purchase.
We accept cash, cheques, EFT into our bank account (details on invoice) or via Credit Card (Visa or Master Card only).
Claims
All goods will be at customers risk ex warehouse. Claims will not be accepted unless made within 24 hours of delivery.
Change of Ownership
The customer agrees to notify ‘the company' in writing of any change to ownership within seven days of such change.
Overdue accounts
If the customer fails to make payments on the due dates ‘the company' may suspend all further delivery of goods.
Price
Prices for goods are subject to change without notice. The wholesale price excludes WET. The LUC price includes the cost of all goods and services as well as WET. All wines are subject to GST.
Delivery
For next day delivery, please ensure you place your order before 2pm the day prior.
