Mount Towrong sits 600 metres above sea level with direct views of Mount Macedon and produces the cool climate varietals of Chardonnay, Nebbiolo, Prosecco and a Rosso - which is a blend of both Nebbiolo and the noble Pinot Noir grape variety.

The Cremasco family began planting the first of three stages of their vineyard in 1996 and this picturesque, five acre terraced vineyard allows for optimal growth conditions and its low yield provides high quality grapes.

All grapes are hand picked and the vines are hand pruned via cane pruning.

Winemaker David Cowburn and his staff look after the fermentation and wine making process, and all wine is matured in new and old French oak.

George and Deirdre Cremasco live on site and continue to pour their heart and soul into this picturesque Estate.
