It all began with a volcanic eruption – an area exhibiting an extraordinary variety of soil: calcareous, volcanic, and a fusion of both.

It’s very simple: We work as natural as possible in our vineyards ad we don’t use any pesticide and not too much chemical. We do natural infusion with camomile to fortify the plants and other herbs to fortify it.
