Colour:
Bouquet: Aromas reminiscent of apple and acacia flowers. When aged, it evolves into a very pleasant bouquet in which artemisia can be detected.
Palate: White wine of great structure. Rather high alcohol content and acidity. Fine and elegant.
Food Pairing: An aperitif wine, suitable for a wide range of light appetizers, soups, egg or fish dishes.
