The 2025 vintage of our Melba Block Chardonnay reflects the unique climatic conditions of the year. An early, warm spring led into a summer defined by intense heat and prolonged dry periods through January and February. These conditions resulted in smaller, highly concentrated berries with exceptional flavor density. Palate:l leading to a palate brimming with sun-ripened yellow peach, savory roasted cashew, and a touch of lemon curd.
