Margaret River blend of cabernet sauvignon and merlot (plus 14% cabernet franc), matured in all-French oak (10% new). Made by Stuart Pym.
Gently developed and mellow with leather, olive tapenade, bay leaf and blackcurrant flavours ambling amiably through the palate. It drinks easily and well. It has a number of years up its sleeve but is ready to drink anytime from now.
Varieties: 78% cabernet, 20% merlot and 2% cabernet franc

Maturation: Fermented and macerated in stainless steel for up to 20 days and then matured in 20% new, 80% two to three year-old French oak barriques for 24 months.
