Description
Crafted from a selection of pure Nerello Mascalese, hand-picked on Mount Ilice, on the slopes of an ancient volcanic cone with century-old vines and inclines reaching up to 65%, harvested between the first and third week of October.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Ruby red
Bouquet: it reveals a bewitching nose with the sweetness of wild strawberries and currants, ripe plum on a bed of fresh leaves, rich volcanic minerality, and balsamic notes of eucalyptus, leather, tobacco, and vanilla.
Palate: palate is fresh, with very fine tannins and a beautiful, lingering finish.
