Description
Hand – picked on Mount Ilice , on the back of a Volcanic cone with centuries – old vines and a slope that reaches 65%, between the first and second week of October .
Vinified with soft pressing and aged in oak barrels for 12 months and in the bottle for 1 2 months .
Nose of imposing depth , ripe white fruit , herbaceous note sand vanilla, intense mouth with a very long perspective

Colour:Golden yellow with a hint of gold.
Bouquet: Complex, banana, pineapple, peach and yellow fruit, ore, mineral.
Palate: This wine is secco, caldo, mod.morbido, fresco, sapido, and full-bodied. It has a typical, balanced, intense, and persistent character.
